What counts as a minor update?

What is not included?

New pages, redesigns, new sections, booking systems, ecommerce features, custom development, API integrations, SEO campaigns, copywriting, branding, automation workflows and advanced analytics are quoted separately.

When a one-off build is the better deal for you

A monthly plan spreads the build cost and bundles the running of it. If you expect to leave the site almost untouched for years, and you can pay for a build up front, buying once will cost you less in the long run. That is a real trade and we would rather you saw it here than found it out later. The plan wins when you want the changes, the hosting, the security patching and the monitoring handled by the person who built the thing.

What everyone asks before they sign.

We do, as part of the monthly fee. Roughly 36 new vulnerabilities are disclosed against common website software every day, and exploitation of a critical flaw typically begins within about five hours of disclosure. Your site is built without plugins or a CMS admin panel, which removes most of that surface to begin with, and the components it does use are patched and redeployed by us. This is the honest answer to why the fee is monthly rather than one-off: the build takes a week, keeping it safe takes every week after that.

You own the code and the design outright, you host it wherever you like, and there is nothing to cancel. We do not price it by the page, because pages are not the work: one cinematic page with video and custom graphics can take longer than five plain ones. Tell us what you have in mind and you get a fixed price in writing before you commit to anything.

Worth knowing what you take on. Once it is yours, the hosting, the domain renewals, the TLS certificate and the security patching are yours too. If the site will sit largely untouched and takes no personal data, that is genuinely the better deal and we will say so. If it takes enquiries or holds customer records, the monthly plan exists because somebody has to be watching.
