Website-as-a-Service terms.

1. The model

Oxwyn Studio owns, hosts and maintains the platform your website runs on: the codebase, the hosting environment and the supporting infrastructure. For the duration of your plan you hold an exclusive licence to the live website built for your business. Nobody else gets your design, your build or your market slot on our platform.

This is what allows us to charge a small monthly fee instead of a large one-off agency invoice, and it is why hosting, security and repairs are our problem rather than yours.

2. What is always yours

Your brand, your content, your images, your customer data, your domain name and your search rankings belong to you at all times. You can export your content and data whenever you ask, during the plan or after it ends.

If you leave, your domain simply points somewhere else. We never hold your domain, your email or your data hostage.

3. Fees

Each plan has a published monthly fee plus a one-off design and build fee: Essential £99 a month plus £595, Practice £199 a month plus £795, Ordering £349 a month plus £1,495, Ecommerce £399 a month plus £1,795. The build fee covers designing and building your site from scratch.

All plans are billed in GBP. VAT is applied per jurisdiction: UK 20%, EU reverse-charge where applicable, USA exempt.

4. Minimum terms and cancellation

Every plan has the same minimum term of 12 months, whichever tier you are on.

After your minimum term the plan continues month-to-month and you can cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. On cancellation the live site is retired at the end of the notice period; your content, data and domain remain yours per section 2.

5. Buying the site outright

You can end the licence and take ownership of the code at any time. Essential starts at £995 and reduces by £30 for every month you have paid, never below £395. Practice starts at £1,495 and reduces by £45 for every month you have paid, never below £595

Where a plan does not publish a buyout figure it is because those builds genuinely vary in size, and a single published number would be one we could not hold. You get a figure in writing before you sign, not after you ask to leave.

If you would rather never be on a plan at all, we will build a site once and hand it over from £1,295, and you own the code and the design outright from day one.

6. What is included every month

Managed hosting and SSL, security patching, platform maintenance, your tier's allowance of minor content updates, performance monitoring and ongoing SEO/AEO iteration. Minor updates mean text, image, price and hours changes to existing pages, typically live within two working days.

7. What is not included

New page builds beyond your tier, structural redesigns, custom features and integrations, ad spend and paid media budgets. Marketing retainers (local SEO, content, email, paid ads) are separate add-on modules with a 3-month minimum, and larger scopes are quoted individually.

8. The company

The service is provided by TOTAL TOOLS LTD trading as Oxwyn Studio, company number 08355850, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Unit 4b, 4c and 4d Dales Manor Business Park, Grove Road, Sawston, Cambridge CB22 3TJ, United Kingdom.

9. Acceptable use

Your site may only carry lawful content and lawful activity. The platform must not be used for malware, phishing, deceptive practices, infringing content or anything that puts other clients on the platform at risk.

If we find a breach we will tell you and, where the risk is serious, suspend the site while it is resolved. Suspension for abuse does not pause your plan fees; repeated or deliberate abuse lets us end the agreement.
