What it costs
Prices are published before you contact us, along with what it costs to leave. Essential is £99 a month plus a £595 build fee. Practice, which adds the compliance work above, is £199 a month plus £795. Both run twelve months and then roll monthly, and you can leave with thirty days' notice.
If you would rather not have a monthly plan at all, we will build you a site once and hand it over. A straightforward website starts at £995, and you own the code and the design outright, host it wherever you like, and have nothing to cancel. We do not price it by the page, because pages are not the work: one cinematic page with video and custom graphics can take longer than five plain ones, and any per-page figure would be a number we could not hold.
What moves the price is the design work, whether you need video, motion or custom graphics, and anything that has to be built rather than laid out. Tell us what you have in mind on a short call and you get a fixed price in writing before you commit to anything. If it is going to cost more than £995 we will say so on that call, not after you have started.
Be clear about what you are taking on with that option, because it is the honest part most people skip. Once it is yours, the hosting, the domain renewals, the TLS certificate and the security patching are yours too. Around thirty-six new vulnerabilities are published against common website software every day, and roughly ninety percent of compromised sites were running something the owner did not know needed updating. If your site is a few pages that will not change and takes no personal data, buying once is genuinely the better deal and we will tell you so. If it takes enquiries or holds customer records, the monthly plan exists because somebody has to be watching.
Local agencies here are established and good, and several have been trading since 2014. Most of them quote on request. We would rather you knew the number before you spent an hour of your day on a meeting.
