- Will my signature look the same in every email app?
- Not exactly. Email clients render HTML differently, and some strip styling or block images. That is why the tool keeps things simple. A plain, text-first signature is far more likely to look right everywhere. Always send yourself a test and check it on both a computer and a phone.
- Why isn't my logo showing up?
- Many email clients block images until the reader chooses to load them, and some block them entirely. Use an image already hosted on the web, paste its full URL, and keep it small. Most importantly, never put essential details only inside the image, always include your name and contact details as real text too.
- How do I add the signature to Gmail or Outlook?
- Copy the generated signature, then open your email client's signature setting. In Gmail it is Settings, General, Signature. In Outlook and Apple Mail it is in preferences. Paste it in, save, and send yourself a test to check it renders correctly.
- Is my information stored anywhere?
- No. The generator runs entirely in your browser. Your name, phone, email and links are used to build the signature on your device and are never sent to us or saved. Close the tab and nothing is kept.
- Should I add social icons and a banner?
- Usually no. Every extra image is another thing that can fail to load or break the layout in some clients. Keep it to your name, title, company, one phone number and one link. If you want to share more, link to your website and let it do the work.
